A skilled operator, technologist and entrepreneur –– Rob has a track record of building B2C and B2B companies at the intersection of technology, media and pop culture. Known for his pioneering work in social media and celebrity influencers, Rob has spent 25+ years leading companies with transformative innovation. Prior to Roar Social, Rob was the Founding CEO of FanDragon Technologies, a company that revolutionized mobile ticket distribution using a proprietary blockchain-powered SaaS platform. Known for his deep knowledge of Gen-Z, celebrity influencers and digital-native consumers, Rob has led a wide variety of technology and digital media companies including EQAL, RockYou, NotMe Solutions, PollPalls, FanBread and Bizzzle. Throughout a career spanning consumer tech, entertainment and music, Rob has overseen numerous successful company launches, expansions, rebrands and turnarounds that include divisions of News Corp, Viacom/MTV, Comcast and Disney. Rob started his career as a journalist, working as a reporter for Newsweek and the Los Angeles Times, and then as a producer for CNBC and the “TODAY” show.




As Roar Social's Chief Operating Officer, Mike works closely with the CEO to oversee key business units including Finance, Legal, Operations, Corporate Strategy, Business Intelligence, Moderation, and Human Resources. With over two decades of success, Mike has a track record of building and growing companies at the intersection of media and technology. Prior to Roar Social, he was Chief Operating Officer of Care Solace, where he focused on improving mental healthcare for school systems and their families. He served in CEO and COO roles at a wide variety of media and technology ventures, including 101 Networks, theAudience, and online publishing giant Evolve Media. He has also held executive and management positions at McKinsey & Company, General Electric and Procter and Gamble. Mike received an MBA from Harvard Business School. In his free time, he enjoys swimming, going to concerts at the Hollywood Bowl, and spending time with his husband and twin boys.




As Roar Social's Chief Technology Officer, Jim works closely with the CEO to oversee the company's overall technical direction and engineering strategy. Jim has worked in technology for more than 20 years, previously at LinkedIn, Atlassian, PointDrive, and kettle.ai. Jim started out programming in the pharmaceutical industry and grew to build large cloud-based SaaS products and teams at major tech companies like LinkedIn and Atlassian. He has a passion for building a great engineering culture and teams to create world-class software solutions. When Jim isn't sitting in front of a computer or working with his team, he's spending time with his family of 9 trying to stay sharp by playing puzzles and games of all sorts.




As Roar Social's Chief Strategy Officer, Jackie oversees all strategic planning and activities, go-to-market teams, and growth initiatives throughout the company. A highly accomplished media/tech executive, Jackie also has extensive C-level experience in Branded Content, Brand Sustainability and CSR, as well as deep connections with the leading media agencies and Fortune 500 brands. She has been named among Fortune's Most Powerful Latinas and The Hollywood Reporter's Power 100 Women. Jackie currently sits on the Board of Directors of Victoria’s Secret and Estrella Media. She is also the CEO of New Majority Ready, a marketing consulting and content development firm specializing in multicultural which she opened in 2019. Prior to Roar Social, Jackie was the Chief Operating Officer of Telemundo Enterprises. She has led other major brands including NBC-Universal Media, TIME International, CNN International and Combate Global. Jackie’s passions include hiking and gardening, and she is an overall arts and culture vulture.




As Roar Social’s Chief Experience Officer, Ash works closely with the CEO to manage the company’s end-to-end platform experience and growth. He oversees a wide range of key business units including Product, Community, Brand Strategy, Marketing, Human Interface/Design, Partnerships, Social Impact, and Corporate Communications. Ash has an extensive track record of building dynamic consumer experiences across all tech-media platforms. Prior to Roar Social, Ash served as Chief Marketing Officer at FanDragon Technologies, where he led all Corporate Communications, Marketing, Public Relations and Brand Strategy. Before that, he was the Vice President of Marketing and Creative Services at Ovation, where he oversaw key initiatives for Consumer Marketing, Advertising Sales, Affiliate Sales, Programming and Corporate Relations. He served nearly a decade at the Walt Disney Company leading a wide variety of Marketing initiatives. Earlier in his career, he held executive roles at Universal Pictures and the Directors Guild of America. In his spare time, Ash enjoys reading, spending time with his husband, family and friends, and traveling.




As Roar Social's Chief Innovation Officer, Jason works closely with the CEO to oversee the company's overall innovation strategy. He manages a wide range of key business units including Content Strategy, Content Moderation and Human Resources. A seasoned C-level executive, Jason has brought strategic leadership and operational efficiency to a wide variety of pioneering technology start-ups and traditional media companies. Prior to Roar Social, he served as COO at FanDragon Technologies, leading the Engineering, Product and Operations teams. Jason’s expertise in social media, technology, music and pop culture spans over 20 years, including tenures at MTV, Mark Burnett Productions, EMI Publishing, Fuse Media, and the Ovation cable network. At EQAL Media, he oversaw digital content creation for social media/celebrity influencers such as Jennifer Lopez and Marvel Comics’ Stan Lee. Jason is a Meals on Wheel volunteer who loves going to concerts, seeing films, and traveling to places like Mexico City and Berlin with his husband.




As Roar Social's Head of Social Impact and Chief of Staff, Gillian leads all social impact and philanthropic efforts, combining innovation and technical expertise to scale these initiatives in meaningful and measurable ways. Gillian also provides the CEO and Leadership Team with strategic insight on the company's operations, leading company-wide efforts, from ideation to implementation, to ensure that information and decision processes are collaborative, effective and innovative. She also serves as the company's official liaison to the Roar Social Foundation. Gillian’s eclectic and impressive background includes specializing in areas such as Strategic Philanthropy, Public Health and International Development. Prior to Roar Social, she served as Director of Business Development and Partnerships at FanDragon Technologies, spearheading the company’s strategic growth initiatives. Before that, Gillian served a fellowship at Stanford University’s Effective Philanthropy Learning Initiative, where she created tools and resources to aid in developing philanthropic strategies. Gillian is happiest when she is spending time with family and friends, doing puzzles or enjoying the outdoors.




Tiger is Roar Social’s Co-Head of Product. He is a seasoned product leader, developer, and manager who has worked in the technology space for over 15 years. As VP of Product at Maple Media he ran the product & design teams, managing over 100+ mobile apps. His expertise in product vision was refined while serving as Director of Programming for Ruckus Network, where he lead a number of critical initiatives at Ruckus. Tiger was then recruited by Buzz Media (later known as Spin Media), where he led and product managed interactive campaigns for over 30 digital properties and UGC sites (including Buzznet, Stereogum, Idolator, TheFrisky, XLR8R, Whitney Port, and Khloe Kardashian. Tiger splits his time between Echo Park and the high desert with his three cats, and in his spare time he produces music as a radio DJ and practices Muay Thai.




Jordan Carlson is the Co-Head Product at Roar Social, with an expertise in user experience and product development process. Prior to joining the team, he was an accomplished entrepreneur and founder of the AI company, Foreknow, which he led for several years. Jordan has also spent time throughout his career working for and advising other tech companies and startups, including Salesforce as a Business Development Team Lead. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys spending time with his daughter, and can often be found at the beach, listening to hip-hop music, and working on NFT projects.




Ryan is the Head of Engineering at Roar Social. He has nearly 15 years of professional software experience helping build products and high-performing engineering teams from the ground up. Most recently, Ryan served as the Vice President of Engineering at VideoPeel where he oversaw a team helping businesses collect authentic video feedback, while still engaged in daily hands-on coding. Prior to that, Ryan managed a cross functional team at tZERO guiding users through the process of opening a new brokerage account, built Zane Benefits health insurance platform from scratch, and spent 5 years as a developer at Overstock.com. He currently lives in Utah and enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and son, specifically off-roading, BBQing and woodworking.




As Roar Social's Head of Marketing and Brand Strategy, Saf leads all consumer marketing initiatives and operations, including go-to-market, audience growth, lifecycle marketing, creative collateral, and marketing partnerships. He is also responsible for the company's overall brand strategy across Roar Social’s entire ecosystem of touchpoints and consumer experiences as well as activating the brand internally and externally. Saf is a full-stack marketer with over two decades of global brand and product marketing leadership for Fortune 10 brands and technology startups. Previously, he was the CMO at Antares Audio, best known as the developer of Grammy-winning Auto-Tune, where he led global marketing and market growth. Earlier in his career, he directed marketing activities at companies like General Motors, USA Today, Smule and more. Saf earned his MBA in Marketing from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as a Fulbright scholar, and received his BS in Business Management as Cum Laude from Old Dominion University. He is fluent in English, French and Arabic, with proficiency in Spanish and Italian. In his free time, Saf is a DJ, music producer and a published photographer.




Lori serves as Roar Social's Head of Data Privacy and Legal Affairs. A renowned expert in intellectual property, data compliance and data security, she has over 20 years of experience helping both new and established companies solve complex legal and business issues. Lori has provided counseling related to topics such as privacy, GDPR and CCPA compliance, and SaaS agreements to entertainment and technology companies such as Verizon, Hulu, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Allergan, and Cornerstone on Demand. In addition to her role as Partner at Outside GC, Lori served as VP of Business and Legal Affairs at FanDragon Technologies, where she oversaw international, commercial, and technology agreements, and strategic partnerships. She has also served on the Board of Directors of CAN-B, a non-profit organization in Northern California. In her free time, Lori enjoys traveling, fly fishing, skiing, biking and watching French sitcoms and Scandinavian murder mysteries.




Chad is the Head of Human Interface and Design at Roar Social. He spent four years at Microsoft leading UX/UI design bringing interactive experiences to life for some of Xbox’s most popular games. He also led product design on the celebrated iOS photography app Filmborn, which was featured multiple times by Apple. He has operated a brand-centric design studio, contributed to emerging tech, and developed products and brands ranging from startups to global corporations. His professional career started at age twenty-one with an internship on an Emmy Award-winning sketch comedy television show, which led to production designer and art director roles, where he collaborated with talent including Joel McHale and Bill Nye The Science Guy. Chad’s life anecdotes include puppeteering an alien for an independent film, and being a candidate on a dating show. He also loves dancing and music – particularly soul, funk, and R&B from the 60s and early 70s.




As Roar Social's Head of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships, Matt is responsible for expanding and creating new business opportunities. He ensures that Roar Social's platform creates a significant impact through partnerships with innovative and passionate partners — including creators, brands and nonprofits. Matt is an accomplished business development expert with a wealth of experience implementing development strategies and creating strategic partnerships with industry leaders in the technology and entertainment industries. Previously, Matt served as the VP of Business Development at MediaKits (acquired by Viral Nation), leading their go-to-market strategy and overseeing the entire sales process and client relations. He also had tenures at giants like Live Nation, C3 Presents and AEG. A Tulane University graduate, Matt was drafted in the MLB Draft in the 10th Round, following a 3x All-American NCAA Division I career. In his free time, he remains a big fan of live music, and of sports like boxing and baseball.




As Roar Social's Head of Communications, Jenny oversees the company's internal and external communications, media relations, investor relations, and all communications strategy. Jenny serves as the lead spokesperson for Roar Social. She is an award-winning journalist and communications executive with three decades of experience, having written for publications such as The New York Times, Los Angeles Times, The Washington Post, LA Weekly and Newsweek. Prior to joining Roar Social, Jenny was the communications director at Speak UP, a nonprofit helping parents advocate for educational equity. She also had notable tenures as TV Editor at Variety and as a Vice President at The Walt Disney Company. Jenny spent 10 summers teaching at Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism, serving three years as the lead instructor. Jenny is an active member in her Los Angeles community, tackling issues such as racial injustice, as well as the housing and climate crises.




Margaret is the Head of Human Resources at Roar Social. With over 20 years of experience, she is also the CEO of Thought Lens, a company that specializes in coaching, consulting, and individual career counseling. Margaret served as VP of Human resources for over 5 years at mOcean, a top entertainment advertising agency in Los Angeles. She was also VP of Human Resources at Ignition, a full-service Advertising Agency. Margaret’s has built HR departments and practices from the ground up, ranging from diversity-inclusive programs to generating cost-effective recruitment strategies. Her hobbies include gardening, hiking, reading constantly, and bee-keeping.




As Vice President of Marketing and Brand Strategy, Alice is responsible for all of Roar Social’s Go-To-Market efforts, and all B2B and B2C marketing strategies and executions. She brings over a decade of experience in branding, digital performance, growth, and content. Prior to joining Roar Social, she served as the Marketing Director at Hot Paper Lantern where she executed marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 clients and brands. Previously, Alice also held roles at Ticketmaster/Live Nation Entertainment leading digital marketing efforts for high-profile clients, and Screenvision Media, where she developed and executed B2B marketing campaigns. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Visual Media Arts from the University of California, San Diego. In her free time, Alice enjoys spending time outdoors, playing instruments, and writing music.




As Vice President of Digital and Product Marketing, Bryson is responsible for all of Roar Social’s Go-To-Market efforts, and all B2B and B2C marketing strategies and executions. He brings 15 years of digital marketing experience to Roar Social, developing and implementing multimillion-dollar brand and performance marketing programs for a wide variety of iconic companies. Bryson has had notable tenures at Apple and LinkedIn. He also worked at Epic Games, leading their B2B and B2C digital strategy for Unreal Engine, Education, Twinmotion and Epic Online Services. Bryson earned his BA from UC San Diego where he studied Communications, and minored in Urban Studies and Planning. Bryson watches all things "Star Wars" and Marvel, and his hobbies include golfing, skiing and snowboarding. He also enjoys Peloton and Scuba, and his favorite place to vacation is Byron Bay in Australia.

As Vice President of Operations and Project Management, Miguel leads Roar Social’s day-to-day operations and initiatives, including areas such as finance, legal and human resources. He has a track record of managing B2C and B2B teams at the intersection of technology, entertainment and finance. Before Roar Social, Miguel led cross-functional teams at high-growth startups like Better and FanDragon. He earned his degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Irvine. As a “Swiftie” and Formula 1 fan, Miguel has watched the movie Titanic 21 times.




As Roar Social’s Lead Mobile Engineer, Chris is an iOS and mobile technology expert, leading the architecture, technical direction and implementation of our mobile app. Prior to Roar Social, Chris was a Senior Software Engineer at Google, as part of its Geo Enterprise group, maintaining and building out Maps, Places and Navigation features for its iOS and Android apps. With over 10 years of experience, he has also had notable tenures at Postmates and Match as a Senior Software Engineer, and at Sony where he was the primary lead working on its Crackle and Funimation video streaming apps. A Torrance, CA native, Chris earned his Bachelor’s in Computer Science at Azusa Pacific University. Chris has been fascinated with video games and mobile technology ever since he got a Nintendo Gameboy Advance when he was 13. His hobbies include playing the guitar and watching Arrested Development.




As Lead QA Engineer, BJ oversees all of Roar Social’s quality assurance efforts, and all automation testing strategies and procedures. Prior to Roar Social, he served as the Director of Engineering tZERO, and previously held principal and senior engineering roles at companies like Overstock.com, Steris and TestOut. BJ attended Arizona State University and University of Advancing Technology, where he earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Master’s in Computer Science, respectively. When not testing apps and software, he enjoys diving into the world of crypto, stocks and 3D printing.




As Lead Product Manager, Matt leads our team of Product Managers. He is responsible for contributing to and effectively executing Roar Social's product vision and roadmap. He has a proven track record of collaborating with product, engineering and design leaders, and is responsible for enhancing the overall user experience and mobile app functionality. Before Roar Social, Matt was the Lead Product Manager at 42 Robots AI, contributing to the development of AI-powered software that created efficiency improvements. He has also had notable product management tenures at Phygtl, Uplandme, Party People Games, and Zynga, where he aided the creation of the Game of Thrones Slots Casino app. Matt earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. Outside of work, he enjoys Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, hiking, biking and crafting smoothies.




As Lead Data Architect, Steve is at the forefront of Roar Social’s data infrastructure, and is an expert at the intersection of data architecture and engineering. With storytelling at the core of his work, he has held senior software engineering roles at LinkedIn, PointDrive and Sears, and most recently served as a Data Solutions Architect at Slalom. He is also an independent filmmaker at Van Loon Productions, where he creates virtual reality and augmented reality short films. Steve attended Michigan State University, earning his degree in Computational Mathematics. When data is not on his mind, his hobbies include augmented reality, playing the piano and watching films.




Tyler joins Roar Social as a Back-End Software Architect with an impressive career that includes tenures at Nike as a Tech Lead, and at Amazon Web Services and Amazon Seller Central as a Development Engineer. He also worked at Slalom for over 6 years as a Solution Principal and Architect and founded WitMatix, a web development and online services company that used local resources to help small businesses grow. A Portland, OR native, Tyler attended Oregon State University where he earned both his Bachelor's in Computer Science, and a Master's in Business Administration. His hobbies include electronics, model aviation, and triathlons, and his favorite place to vacation is in Mexico. His favorite TV show is The Simpsons, and his favorite band is Sublime.




As Director of Community at Roar Social, Angelica leads content strategy initiatives and programs throughout the company. Prior to joining Roar Social, Angelica served as a consultant on brand strategy and social media marketing in Europe and Africa. She began her career in Dubai, where she served roles in luxury PR at COPIA GROUP in Dubai, UAE, and also at Estee Lauder Group for MAC Cosmetics – both roles leading her to become an expert in influencer marketing. Angelica then moved to Los Angeles, where she studied Merchandise Marketing at FIDM and launched her U.S. career at Roar Social. She is a trilingual expat, spending her childhood traveling between France, England and the Netherlands. In her spare time, Angelica indulges in her passions which include travel, interior decorating and upcycling fashion.




As Director of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships, Toby leads the management of all strategic partnerships, and supports the development and execution of strategies to increase user adoption and drive growth on the platform. She is a passionate expert in building relationships and launching businesses from the ground up, with a proven track record in business development and product marketing. Prior to Roar Social, she served as the Community Engagement Manager at 1stDibs where she launched an NFT and Digital Art vertical, and executed numerous exhibitions with top digital artist curators. She has also had notable tenures at Yahoo, Barsys, The Daily Beast, and co-founded Joy, a parenting platform that provides essential information and services for young families. Toby received her MBA from Columbia Business School and BA from Barnard College, where she graduated top of her class. Outside of work, Toby enjoys playing tennis and mahjong, reading, and indoor/outdoor cycling.




As Roar Social’s Senior Product Manager, Kristin brings a dynamic skill set in product, mobile apps and design, and is responsible for ensuring a smooth user experience on the Roar Social app. A proven product expert, Kristin attended the University of California in Los Angeles, where she earned her degree in Communications. Before joining Roar Social, she served as the Project Director at Mad Designs, a boutique creative agency, where she led a team of digital designers and project managers. Reporting directly to its CEO and Creative Director, Kristin focused on UX, UI, branding and marketing projects, specializing in mobile apps in a product capacity. Based in Culver City, when not living and breathing apps, her hobbies include yoga, pilates, meditation and wellness – as well as cooking.




As Product Manager at Roar Social, Devonté serves as a liaison to the Product team, using his expertise on industry trends to support product development. Prior to Roar Social, Devonté served as a Content Specialist intern at Benzinga, leveraging his passion for music and entertainment to bring an outside-the-box approach to the company’s content marketing efforts. Devonté graduated from Brown University with degrees in Economics and Theater Arts and Performance Studies. In his spare time, Devonté enjoys making music, performing as an actor, and keeping up with his favorite Boston sports teams.

As Product Manager, Aditya brings a breadth of product management experience and knowledge in startup environments. Prior to joining Roar Social, Aditya was an Associate at Silicon Valley Bank where he served as a strategic touchpoint for operational, marketing and product development. In his entrepreneurial career, he co-founded and led Solana Launchpad, a Web3 startup where he raised money from angel investors and oversaw product management. Aditya received his Bachelor’s degree in Political Economy from UC Berkeley. In his free time, Aditya enjoys bouldering, snowboarding, and playing poker.

As Creator Partner Manager, Maddie is skilled in establishing and nurturing relationships with high-profile content creators. She serves as their main point of contact, providing guidance, support and personalized attention to help them grow their audience and thrive on the Roar Social app. Previously, Maddie served as a Creator Launch and Digital Project Manager at Tastemade where she built and maintained relationships with Creators. She also spent time as a Creator Launch Specialist at Patreon, onboarding and supporting Creators. Maddie earned her degree in Political Science and International Development Studies from UCLA. She is also passionate about LGBTQIA+ Rights, and enjoys cooking, baking, playing the guitar, and interior design outside of work.

As a Product Designer, Kuku brings over 5 years of experience, with expertise in usability testing, UX research, and visual design. Prior to joining Roar Social, she served as a Product Designer at Camp Gladiator where she implemented the best user experience for 80,000 users. Beyond designing products, Kuku also writes blogs on Medium about Design Workshops and designing efficiently. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Augustana University, and she enjoys working out, hiking, and kayaking in her free time.




As a Product Designer, Isabella is an interdisciplinary designer focused on human-centered design. She is passionate about creating solutions for social good by combining art with emerging technologies. Isabella grew up in Venezuela and now lives in New York City where she is completing her Illustration BFA at The New School of Design at Parsons, with a double minor in Politics and Art History. Prior to joining Roar Social, Isabella served as a Graphic Designer at the Center for New York City Affairs, and a Production Assistant at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. In her free time, Isabella enjoys reading books, listening to bands like Cage the Elephant, ice skating, and spending time with her cat Minerva.




As Manager of Operations and Project Management, Carolina provides wide-ranging support across Roar Social’s internal and external initiatives. Prior to Roar Social, she supported C-suite and leadership executives at United Talent Agency, coordinating strategic partnerships and brand deals. Working closely with UTA's CIO, CISO and Head of Web3, she developed Web3 strategies, managed projects and operations, and created decks for quarterly board meetings and external clients. She also had tenures at KYX and Cerebral where she supported their CEO and COOs directly. Carolina attended the University of California, Berkeley where she earned her BA in Media Studies. Her hobbies include baking, hiking, and doing yoga.




As Manager of Business Development and Partnerships, Emma specializes in conducting business intelligence, liaising between departments and with external partners, and supporting special projects. Prior to Roar Social, she managed social media strategies, music video productions, and an album release at artist management companies such as FRNDLY Media and Fenway Recordings. As CEO of Rewired Productions, she was also an artist manager for Gilanares, an emerging artist whom she helped release multiple songs and build an online community across all major social platforms. Emma attended Boston University where she earned her BS in Behavior and Health Sciences, and her hobbies include yoga and meditation, music, film, and photography.




Adam helps oversee all of Roar Social’s community engagement initiatives. An accomplished leader in the creator/influencer economy, Adam brings almost two decades of experience as an executive in the entertainment and social media space. He serves as the Chief Content Officer at Creator+, a film studio and distribution platform he helped launch. Prior to that, Adam was co-founder and partner of Select Management Group where he managed the career growth of top digital creators. He has also worked with other leading tech/media companies including Refinery 29, EQAL, E! Entertainment and Penske Media (Deadline, Variety and Hollywood Reporter). Now based in Los Angeles, Adam earned his B.S. in Television Management from Boston University.




Francis helps oversee all of Roar Social’s content moderation initiatives. Francis has over a decade of experience leading trust and safety-focused strategies. Before joining Roar Social, he served as the Director of Trust & Safety at GoFundMe where he managed a global team, responsible for content moderation, fraud investigations, crisis response, and more. He was one of the company's first 25 employees, and co-founded the Crowdfunding Trust Alliance with Indiegogo. Prior to that, Francis also had a tenure at Groupon, where he focused on fact-checking, research, and resolving creative content disputes. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Promotional Communication from Cleveland State University.




As a Business Development Consultant at Roar Social, Safoora supports strategic growth and partnership initiatives, and specializes in devising and executing creative, collaborative and effective campaigns. Prior to joining Roar Social, Safoora led a community of 14,000+ young leaders as the Community Director of The One Young World. She is also a Goalkeeper for the Gates Foundation, responsible for advancing the United Nations' Global Goals, and sits on Foundervine's Advisory Group with a mission to build opportunities in underserved communities. Safoora earned her degree in International Relations Masters from the University of Edinburgh, and recently received an Executive MBA from the Aston School of Business. As Roar Social’s Principal Cloud Engineer, John brings a deep background and expertise in cloud and backend technologies, most recently as a Senior Software Developer at tZERO. With nearly two decades of software development experience, he has also had notable tenures at Overstock.com, VideoPeel and Meridian Enterprises, where he held Senior Software Developer and Java Developer roles. John earned his degree at University of Missouri-St. Louis. When not thinking about the digital cloud, his hobbies include hiking and snowboarding, and his favorite movie is Interstellar.




As a Mobile Engineer at Roar Social, Matt has over a decade of experience in iOS development, with expertise in networked iOS apps, macOS desktop apps, and UX and UI design. Prior to Roar Social, Matt held roles as a Senior iOS Engineer at Twitch and Applications UI Engineer at Apple, and most recently served as a Senior macOS Engineer at Big Nerd Ranch. He has also worked on teams of varying sizes, including Nestle, Ticketmaster, Walmart Labs, onX, Regence, and ShopKeep. In his entrepreneurial career, Matt has designed and developed five Apple Staff Pick apps for Mac, and in his free time, he enjoys tabletop games, riding motorcycles, and painting.




As a QA Engineer, Brinn supports Roar Social’s quality assurance efforts. Prior to Roar Social, Brinn was a Software Engineer, and previously a Test Engineering Manager, at Fortem Technologies where she developed and tested new features. Brinn recently graduated from Utah Valley University, receiving her Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science with an emphasis in Full Stack Web Development. In her free time, Brinn enjoys playing video games, board games, and reading fantasy and sci-fi books.




Maila is a Mobile Engineer with over 9 years of experience as an iOS Developer, and brings a wealth of knowledge in mobile app development. Prior to Roar Social, she served as an iOS Developer at VisioLab, eBay, Tribe and more. Maila attended the Pontifical Catholic University where she earned her degree in Political Science, and outside of coding, she enjoys skateboarding, as well as snowboarding and hockey during the winter.




Trinadh is a Back-End Engineer with nearly 4 years of experience in software development. He was part of core engineering teams, developing key features for machine learning at companies like AWS, Spinny and Belong.co. Trinadh received his Master's in Information Systems from Northwestern University. He also earned his Master's in Chemistry and Bachelor's in Manufacturing Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science. In his free time, Trinadh enjoys playing cricket, table tennis and badminton.




Felipe is a QA engineer who loves what he does and is always trying to learn something new. He was a Senior Quality engineer at Paypal where he worked using Webdriver.io, NodeJS and Typescript, along with Integration with BroswerStack, GitHub actions and Jenkins for continuous integration. Prior to that, Felipe held positions as a QA Automation Engineer at Fielo, Senior QA Analyst at Oi and Head of QA at Fulllab. He also spent time as a Test Analyst for the Rio 2016 Summer Olympics and began his career at IBM as a Quality Assurance Analyst Intern. In his free time, Felipe loves to play video games and soccer.




Nestor is a Mobile Engineer with 5 years of experience working as a software developer in IT-related roles. Before Roar Social, Nestor worked as the Lead Mobile Developer at eTica S.A and as a Software Developer at Sodep S.A and Software Natura. He has built iOS native applications for private companies from scratch using Swift and has expertise in problem solving and developing robust Flutter applications. Nestor likes mechanical keyboards, coffee and playing Padel. He also loves cooking, and his favorite chef to follow on social media is Joshua Weissman.




Rodrigo is a QA Engineer with over 25 years experience in quality assurance testing and IT project developments. He has extensive experience in manual and automated software testing with Protractor, Jasmine, and JavaScript with NodeJS. He has worked in multicultural environments with clients around the world in the US, India, Australia, Zurich, Argentina, Panama, and Brazil. Prior to Roar Social, he worked at Jobsity, where he developed manual testing procedures for financial web applications. He has also served as QA Lead & Automation Engineer at Harman International and Axiem International. Rodrigo's favorite place to vacation is Los Cabos, and he loves listening to Mexican singer Luis Miguel, along with The Bee Gees and The Beatles.




Volodymr is a Back-End Engineer with over 5 years of experience building robust and extendable high-load systems. He is an expert in JavaScript and NodeJS and is also interested in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. He has worked as a Software Developer and Engineer at companies such as ELEKS, EPAM Systems, COI Marketing & Software, and StepShot. He loves soccer and his favorite club is Real Madrid.




Andriy is a Cloud/Back-End Engineer with more than 15 years experience as a software developer across the media, entertainment, finance, agriculture and information technology industries. He has a solid background in developing complex web applications using JavaScript and Java, as well as creating Java desktop applications. He has spent his career working at Xyleme, Inc. as a Team Lead and Software Engineer and at ELEKS as a Software Developer. Andriy's favorite TV show is Game of Thrones, and he enjoys running and vacationing by the sea in Croatia or Italy.




Oleh is a Mobile Engineer for Roar Social with over 5 years of experience as a Senior Software Developer. He has worked with various technologies of different complexity levels which are commonly used in entertainment, social media, education and professional services. He has developed a wide variety of mobile applications for the iOS platform using the Swift, SwiftUI and Objective-C languages. Prior to Roar Social, he served as an iOS developer at ELEKS, Upwork, BoostSolutions and KindGeek. Oleh loves to travel to the Dunes of Texel. Some of his favorite things include The Office, Thom Yorke and Radiohead, and he is a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.




Esteban is a Cloud/Back-End Engineer with more than 8 years of experience developing applications that range from Android to RESTful API integrations between CRMs and Marketing solutions. Before Roar Social, he worked at Blackboard as a Senior Software Engineer creating the modern-era-based Blackboard services in order to use innovative tech stacks that allow flexibility, fast iterations, and easy maintenance. He also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at On24 and Relevus Technology, and served as a Technical Lead at I.R.A S.A.S., TheGoparty and Bash Corp. In his free time, Esteban enjoys going to the gym, playing guitar and scuba diving.




Yan is a Mobile Engineer with over 7 years of experience in digital products and apps. He has been working with Swift, UIKit and iOS framework since 2015 and most recently with Swift UI. Prior to Roar Social, he served as a Senior iOS Engineer developing new features for True Footage and Together App. He also Co-founded Orbit Labs which is a software house that develops digital web and mobile projects. Yan speaks three languages (Portuguese, Spanish and English), and his favorite place to vacation is Miami, Florida. He goes to the gym every day and on weekends loves to play soccer or ride his jet ski on the lake.




As a Mobile Engineer at Roar Social, Sandro specializes in iOS development, bringing over 25+ years of experience developing software professionally. Prior to Roar Social, he has held senior app developer roles at companies like VOSKER, CIUSSS, wrnch and more. He is also a founding partner at Monkey Armada, a company of agile professionals. Sandro attended Institut Demers where he earned his AEC in Software Programming and Networking. His hobbies include motorcycles, mechanics and photography.




As a Mobile Engineer, Victor specializes in iOS and mobile app development, bringing 7 years of experience navigating development and submission processes, and verifying compliance with App Store policies and design best practices. Before Roar Social, he held Senior iOS Developer roles at Photon Infotech, Augray and K2B Solutions. He has launched 11 successful apps in the App Store, among 18 apps developed. Victor attended Bharathidasan University where he earned his Master of Computer Applications. He follows cricket and basketball, and enjoys doing card tricks and watching "The Big Bang Theory" and "Iron Man."




As a QA Engineer, Mykhaylo Cherepennikov brings over 10 years of experience in Information Technology. Mykhaylo is well-versed in desktop, mobile, and web application testing and has a deep understanding of software testing methodologies. Prior to joining Roar Social, Mykhaylo served as a Middle Test Automation Engineer for a Denmark-based online store for over 7 years. Mykhaylo grew up in the city of Lviv in Ukraine and received a special diploma in publishing and printing from the Ukrainian Academy of Printing. In his free time, Mykhaylo enjoys biking, swimming, and snowboarding.




As a Mobile Engineer, Artem Yelizarov brings over 3 years of experience in Information Technology. Artem is skilled in test-driven development for iOS and custom architecture patterns. Prior to joining Roar Social, Artem was an iOS Software Developer for a network of gyms across the UK. Artem grew up in Velykomykhailivka, a village in Ukraine and received his Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Philology from Dnipropetrovsk National University. In his free time, Artem enjoys learning new languages, traveling, and hiking.




Lucas is a Cloud/Back-End Engineer with nearly a decade of experience as a software developer, with a focus on development and architecture. Most recently, he served as an AWS Full Stack Developer at Francioni based in London. He has a deep background in developing Cloud architectures for data integration projects and web applications. Lucas received his Master’s degree in Software Architecture from IGTI. When he’s not working, he enjoys playing sports and assembling LEGOs.

As Coordinator of Marketing and Brand Strategy, Jane provides essential wide-ranging support across our marketing initiatives. Jane brings a variety of experience in business administration and digital marketing. Prior to Roar Social, she was the Co-President and VP of Marketing for herNetwork, Boston University's Women In Business Club. Jane received her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Boston University's Questrom School of Business. Jane has lived in 6 different states across the United States. She recently moved to the San Francisco area, and enjoys picnics, hiking, painting and digital art.




As Coordinator in the Office of the Chief of Staff, Madi provides broad support across Roar Social's various departments. She brings a diverse range of skills and experiences, from working in Hollywood to joining a high-growth startup. Prior to joining Roar Social, Madi served as a Senior Customer Success Associate at Uqora, a women's health company. After receiving her Bachelor's degree in Broadcast and Electronic Communication Arts and Marketing from San Francisco State University, she went on to work for CBS Studios where she was a Senior Production Assistant on the Dr. Phil Show. Outside of work, Madi enjoys playing guitar, cooking for friends, and trying new restaurants around Los Angeles.




As Coordinator in the Office of the Chief of Staff, Tyra combines her people and project management experience to foster a culture of collaboration and drive successful initiatives across the company. Before Roar Social, she served as a People Operations Manager at JLL Technologies, where she supported day-to-day business operations across the organization. Prior to that, she served as a Program and Events Manager at 50/50 Women on Boards, where she planned and organized several fundraising events across the country, closely working with city campaign committees and leaders. After receiving her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley, she coordinated recruiting and onboarding efforts at Jack Morton Worldwide. Tyra also founded TTGotCakes, and successfully built her company from the ground up, in which she remains an owner. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, backpacking and spending time at the beach.

As a technology and product development leader, Alex Godelman has served as Chief Technology Officer for various Silicon Valley and Los Angeles-based companies for 20 years. At Engineer.ai, a platform for building bespoke software using AI, Alex served as the Vice President and Global Head of Engineering. He also served as CTO and Head of Product at Zed Connect, a digital SaaS / DaaS technology company. Alex’s specialties include SaaS, DaaS and IoT; large scale mobile, web application, and data cloud platforms. He has a history of success in establishing, rapidly scaling, and transforming under-performing organizations into high velocity teams. Alex is married with two boys and considers himself a water sports enthusiast, who is especially addicted to sailing and scuba.

Lack has been at the forefront of youth culture for the last 35 years and currently serves as the Chief Partner of Firemedia Partners, an international media consulting practice. John recently served as an advisor to Tweak, a new video messaging platform, and CUR Music, the next generation Social Music Experience. Formerly the co-founder and CEO of Firebrand, John also launched Nickelodeon and The Movie Channel as COO of Warner Amex, and ESPN2 while he was EVP of Marketing and Programming at ESPN. Prior to that, he served as EVP and Chief Strategy Officer at John Wiley and Sons, where he transformed the company into a next-generation provider of content-enabled services and software. John also had notable tenures at MTV Networks, Hearst Corporation, JP Morgan and Mood Media. He received an MBA from Harvard Business School, and his BA from Brown University. John is a native New Yorker who loves traveling to Rome with his wife, son and daughter.




A technology pioneer and serial entrepreneur with over two decades of success starting and building businesses, Andrew Weinreich is widely considered the father of social networking. Andrew launched the first-ever social media network, SixDegrees, pre-dating and paving the way for modern platforms today. Andrew currently serves as the Co-Founder and Chairman of Indicative, a data analytics platform for modern data infrastructures.
